We offer a rotating collection of community language books for loan, courtesy of the State Library of NSW and Shorelink Libraries.
Available language collections include:

You can use our catalogue to search for books in languages other than English. Simply type in the language (e.g. Japanese, Spanish) and choose 'Community Language' under the Item Format field.
You can also search the Community Language Directory from the State Library of NSW, which lists the community language resources held in all NSW public libraries.

Can’t find the language you are looking for?
The library can arrange a bulk loan of books in other languages from the State Library of NSW. This is a free service for library members, however late returns will still incur overdue fees. Click here to see our fees and charges.
