From 2017 to 2021, Jess served on the North Sydney Council, where she made significant contributions as chair and co-chair of key committees such as Sport & Recreation. She also brought her expertise to the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust Board. With nearly three decades of professional experience in the tourism industry, Jess blends sharp commercial insight with a deep commitment to public service.
