Apply for Subdivision or Strata Certificate

A Subdivision Certificate or Strata Certificate is required for subdivision of a property into separate allotments.

Development Consent for subdivision must be obtained first.

A Subdivision Certificate or Strata Certificate can only be issued by Council or an Accredited Certifier.

Approximate turnaround time is three weeks, or longer when further information is needed.
