Brightmore Reserve forms an important part of the Cremorne-to-Cammeray wildlife corridor, identified in Council's Natural Area Survey as a 'biodiversity hotspot'.
This year's National Tree Day planting site builds upon previous revegetation projects and will help to bridge the gap between remnant bushland in Brightmore Reserve and the adjoining Primrose Park/Wonga Road Foreshore Reserve.
