About the presenter

Dr Shirley Chan is an Associate Professor of Chinese Philosophy and Culture in the School of International Studies at Macquarie University. As one of the few scholars specializing in Chinese philosophy and culture in Australia, Dr. Chan is committed to bridging cultures, fostering dialogue between past and present, academia and the broader community.
