Meets bi-monthly on the first Thursday at 7.30pm at Church by The Bridge Cnr Broughton Street and Bligh Street, Kirribilli. They make exceptions for urgent matters that may arise requiring Precinct attention as needed - and hold a special meeting to address that matter.
