North Sydney Council lights up pink for breast cancer awareness

North sydney council chambers building with pink lights illuminating it

In support of the McGrath Foundation's "Pink Up Your Town" campaign, North Sydney Council is lighting up the Council building in pink throughout October to raise awareness for breast cancer.

This initiative aims to highlight the critical role McGrath Breast Care Nurses play in providing compassionate care and guidance to individuals and families affected by breast cancer.

The McGrath Foundation's nurses offer invaluable support to breast cancer patients, helping them navigate treatment and providing comfort during an incredibly challenging time. By turning North Sydney pink, we hope to send a message of solidarity and support to everyone facing breast cancer in our community.

We invite everyone to get involved in "Pink Up Your Town" this October and show support for this vital cause. Together, we can ensure that no one facing breast cancer is left without the care they need.
