Council, in partnership with the North Sydney Community Centre (NSCC), is excited to announce the launch of the Artist in Residence Pilot Program.
This unique initiative offers a creative practitioner a dedicated studio space at NSCC, in exchange for delivering hands-on creative workshops for the NSCC After School Care Program.
The residency will run during Term 2 of 2025, from 28 April to 4 July. It aligns with the Council’s Cultural and Creative Strategy, enhancing community engagement in the arts while providing affordable creative spaces for artists. The program will also serve as a model for future Artist in Residence opportunities.
