Disruption to online services

There is a planned outage of our electronic payment and certificate service on Saturday 3 June.

Due to a planned software upgrade, our eServices website eservices.northsydney.nsw.gov.au will not be available on Saturday 3 June, from 8am until 1pm.

This will impact online payments such as resident parking permits renewal and payments for certificates. 

All other services online are unaffected.

Access to eServices will be reinstated as soon as possible, so it is possible that the outage will be shorter than expected.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
