To report a faulty meter:

Have the machine number ready (located at the bottom left of the touchscreen) as a fault or issue cannot be recorded without this information.

Call 1300 322 263 to report a faulty meter

A customer reference number will be supplied - this does not automatically exempt you from a fine
Please note, time restrictions on parking signs still apply even when the meter or Touch N Go are out of order.
When the prescribed time limit has expired, you must move the vehicle to another area and begin a new parking session.
If the meter is found to be operational at the time the fault was reported, any fine issued will stand.
