View current out of hours works approved by Council
The following works are scheduled to take place outside of approved construction hours.
Council only approves work outside approved construction hours in specific circumstances. Examples include overnight shop fit-outs or where demolition, excavation or erection of structures may be a risk to public safety during daylight hours.
Approved hours of work
The approved hours of work for a specific development site are contained in the Development Consent.
You can view the Development Consent for each site via our application tracker.
Please note, we are not the only authority who can approve out of hours works. There may be additional approved works we are not aware of (for emergencies, water works etc).

Work dates: Works will take place over a period of 10 nights, between the hours of 7pm to 3am, weather permitting. Work dates include:
- Wednesday 8 April to Friday 10 April
- Monday 13 April to Wednesday 15 April
- Friday 17 April

Work dates: Works will commence on Friday 17 April for 3 nights, between the hours of 7pm to 5am - weather permitting

Works:
Asphalt road restoration works (approximately 1,950 square metres).
Work dates:
Works will take place from Tuesday 7 April 2026 for up to four nights, between 7pm and 5am, Monday to Friday only, weather permitting.
No work will occur on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

Works:
Night works for State Significant Infrastructure involving float delivery of a long reach excavator. Works will require a large delivery/float truck and will temporarily impact 11 on-street parking spaces and two traffic lanes on Council’s roadway.
Work dates:
Works will take place on Wednesday 8 April 2026, between 9pm and 5am.
