Introduction

You can use this form to request a tree sapling from Council. Before beginning this form, be sure to confirm that:

  1. You are a parent of a newborn or expecting a baby shortly, and
  2. You are a resident of North Sydney LGA.

This is to ensure that the tree saplings will be planted on private lands in North Sydney LGA in order to increase the declining canopy cover.
