Works Zone Permit Application

We recommend to have all the required documents ready before commencing as the form will time out after 30 minutes and the form progress cannot be saved. 

NB: The minimum duration for the works zone application is 16 weeks.

You will need to provide the following documents in this form:

• Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP) approval letter
• If a CTMP is not required, please provide the following (if required):
  • Swept Paths for truck movements
  • truck sizes
  • Traffic Guidance Scheme (TGS)
• Copy of your currencies and insurances with a minimum of $20,000,000 public liability, noting North Sydney Council as an interested party
• Tree management plan approval letter from Planner or Tree Management team, if required
• A small map extract of where the works zone will be located (Refer to example of how to create a locality sketch)
• Completed security deposit form (Click here to dowload and please fill in the required field before uploading)
