Expressions of Interest - Food Vendors - North Sydney Council 2024/25 Event Season

North Sydney Council has opportunities available for food vendors at our free community events that can include: Twilight Food Fair, New Years Eve, Coal Loader Artisan Markets and other events (to be announced).

If you want to register your interest for any of our events, please complete the following application form. We will contact food vendors closer to each date regarding specific event information and stallholder fees.

Please ensure you complete all required fields of the application form. If you experience difficulties with this form, please email events@northsydney.nsw.gov.au or phone 9936 8100 (9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday) and ask to speak to a member of the Events Team.

Before completing this form, please note the following:

• Only food vendors need apply.
• The vendor must supply food stall (including weights) or food truck and cool rooms.
• There is no fee to submit an application.
• Food vendors must have contactless/card payment facilities available.
• All vendors must be registered as temporary food stalls with North Sydney Council.
• All vendors must comply with the NSW Food Act 2003 and Food Regulations 2010.
• All vendors must comply with Council's event sustainability and single-use plastic policies.
• Food vendor fees and event times will be confirmed closer to each event.
