Located behind Neutral Bay Village, the Harrison St streetscape once comprised of under-utilised garden beds at the base of large established Lophostemon confertus trees.
Residents, with the assistance of Council’s Streets Alive program, transformed these existing garden beds into vibrant aesthetically pleasing spaces.
Upgrades include new sandstone borders, fresh soil and compost, and new plantings and mulch.
Volunteers meet regularly to tend to the new gardens and much-loved green space.
